With reference to the above subject, we would like to inform you that at Point No. (xi) of Explanatory Statement annexed to the EGM Notice is amended to include as under: "The issuer shall place a copy of the certificate of its statutory auditors before the general meeting of the shareholders considering the proposed preferential issue, certifying that the issue is being made in accordance with the requirements of these regulations."
