Pursuant to the provisions of section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, as amended ('the Rules'), the Company has transferred such equity shares to the demat account(s) of the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority ('IEPF Authority'), in respect of which the concerned equity shareholders of the Company have not claimed dividend for a period of seven consecutive years. The break-up of the equity shares transferred to the demat account of IEPF Authority maintained with NSDL is attached. The approval letters received from NSDL for execution of Corporate Action Form are attached for your information and records. Kindly take the same on record.05-07-2019
