 With reference to the SEBI Notification No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMDl/CIR/P/2020/84 dated May 20, 2020 and in continuation to our letters dated 25.04.2020 and 28.04.2020, you are kindly aware that the Company had re-commenced its operations at its manufacturing units in Chopanki & Kaharani, both situated in the state of Rajasthan, after having obtained requisite consent(s) from concerned Government/Local authorities, as applicable. The Company shall continue to comply with the directives & guidelines being issued by concerned government(s)/authority(ies) in this regard from time to time. As such, the impact of the situation arising out of COVID-19 pandemic, on Company''s business, performance and financials is under evaluation. The communication on the assessment of the same shall be disseminated in a timely manner along with the quarterly results. We request you to kindly take the above on record.

 Dear Sir/Madam, Further to our intimation dated April 25, 2020 regarding partial resumption of operations at the Company's Chopanki unit located in the state of Rajasthan, the company by way of an update shall like to inform you as under: The Company has now re-commenced its operations at its Kaharani unit with immediate effect after having obtained requisite consent(s) from concerned Government/Local authorities, as applicable. At present, only limited operations are re-commenced, which shall be ramped up in a phased manner after taking into account all relevant factors which may prevail from time to time. With this, Company's manufacturing facilities at both its plants i.e. Kaharani & Chopanki located in the state of Rajasthan have now partially resumed. The Company shall continue to accord utmost importance to the health and safety of its workforce including compliance with all the directives & guidelines of competent authorities issued in this regard.
