BALKRISHNA INDUSTRIES LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/09/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, the 25th September, 2021 interalia, to consider and approve the raising of funds up to Rupees One Thousand Crores through the broader means of long term finance which can be foreign currency bonds, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD), external commercial borrowings and term loans in various currencies.
