With reference to the earlier announcement dated November 19, 2013 about suspension of operations of the Company's sugar factories for current Sugar Season 2013-14, Uttam Sugar Mills Ltd has now informed BSE that a settlement has been arrived at between Uttar Pradesh Sugar Mill Association and Uttar Pradesh State Government and consequently would start the crushing operations for the Sugar Season 2013-14 as soon as possible.
