 This is to inform you that the abovementioned matter was listed before the Supreme Court of India (SC) on 12th April 2019, together with the IA No. 170774 of 2019 filed by New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA) seeking a stay on arbitration proceedings ongoing between Noida Tolll Bridge Company Limited (NTBCL), IL&FS; and the NOIDA, and the SLP (C) 8060 of 2019 filed by NOIDA challenging the final judgement and order dated 31.01.2019 passed by Delhi High Court in OMP (COMM) No. 2/2019 refusing to set aside the interim order dated 10.08.2018 in the arbitral proceedings. The SC has directed a stay on the arbitration proceedings. The next date of the matter before the SC is 25th April 2019.
