Noida Toll Bridge Company Ltd - 532481 - Re : Update On Arbitration Proceedings Against NOIDA

 Dear Sirs, With reference to the captioned subject, we have been informed by the Company's Legal Counsel that pursuant to order dated 12.04.2019 passed in SLP No. 33403/2016 issued by the Supreme Court of India the arbitral proceedings has been remain stayed. That order continues to be in operation. The dates appointed for arbitrations hearing are likely not to be utilised. Further, the Arbitral Tribunal vide their order dated August 07, 2019 and September 06, 2019 have released the dates for September 2019 (Sept 4/5/6/7, 2019- For recording Cross-Examination on the two witnesses), October, 2019 (Oct 14/15/16/17, 2019- Final hearing submissions for the two Claimants, not exceeding 2 days each) and November, 2019 (Nov 4/5/6/7, 2019- Submissions for the Respondent followed by Rejoinder Submissions). As it is only one month left for the first tranche of the dates for recording cross-examination on the witnesses, the September dates are released. Similarly, it is directed that if the arbitral proceedings continue to remain stayed, on 07th September, 2019, the October tranche of dates shall stand released; and on 07th October, 2019, the November tranche of dates shall stand released.
