As you are aware that the Company had, vide its letter dated March 30, 2021, informed about closure of Trading Window for trading in shares of the Company from April 1, 2021 until 48 hours after the publication of the Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021. However, due to COVID-19 pandemic, an extension was granted by SEBI vide Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/P/CIR/2021/556 dated April 29, 2021 to extend the date for approval of the financial results for quarter and year ended March 31, 2021 till June 30, 2021. Accordingly, the Audit Committee Meeting and Board meeting was held yesterday i.e. Tuesday, June 29, 2021.
