The said interim dividend, will be paid to those Members whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of shares as on the Record Date, viz., November 25, 2022. The payment of interim dividend shall be made on or after December 12, 2022 but within the stipulated time period.
