Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III thereto, we wish to inform you that basis the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, has approved the appointment of Ms. Dimple Mehta (Membership No. A18252) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from April 1, 2023. Ms. Mehta's appointment is in place of Mr. Prashant Choksi, who shall cease to be the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from the close of business hours on March 31, 2023 as he has surpassed the superannuation age. Ms. Mehta shall also be the KMP of the Company within the meaning of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 effective from April 1, 2023.
