This is with reference to your e-mail bearing reference no. L/SURV/ONL/PV/PD/ 2021-2022 / 42 dated 12/04/2021 seeking clarification on significant movement in the price of our security at the Exchange in the recent past and asking the Company to submit response on the same. The Company is aware that as per Reg 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company is required to intimate to the Exchange all the events, information, etc. that have a bearing on the operations / performance of the Company which include all price sensitive information, etc. We submit that the Company has from time to time, promptly intimated such events, information, etc. to the Stock Exchanges.
