As per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Company''s Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by its Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Persons and Designated Persons & their immediate relatives shall remain closed from Saturday, April 1, 2023 and will be opened 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the half year and financial year ending March 31, 2023 and generally made available to the public. The date of Board Meeting of the company for consideration and declaration of the Financial Results for the half year and financial year ending March 31, 2023 will be intimated in due course. Pursuant to the Company's Code of conduct, designated persons and their immediate relatives are hereby advised not to trade (buy/sell/pledge) in the Company''s Securities during the above mentioned Trading Window Closure period.25-03-2023
