 This is in furtherance to our letter dated 21st April, 2022, The Postal Ballot Notice along with the Explanatory Statement ('Notice') has been sent to the Shareholders today, i.e. Friday, 22nd April, 2022 through electronic means only to the Members of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members/ List of Beneficial Owners as on Friday, 15th April, 2022, being the cut-off date. Pursuant to provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the rules made thereunder and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company has provided to its Members facility to exercise their right to vote by electronic means on the Special Resolution set forth in the Postal Ballot Notice through services provided by National Securities Depository Limited ('NSDL'). The e-voting facility shall commence on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at 9.00 a.m. (IST) and ends on Sunday May 22, 2022 at 5.00 p.m. (IST).

MEP Infrastructure Developers Ltd - 539126 - Intimation Under Regulation 30 Of The Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

 In continuation of our earlier letters, we wish to inform that our Company-MEP Infrastructure Developers Ltd (Lead Member)under the Joint Bidding Agmt with Sanjose India Infrastructure & Construction Pvt Ltd (Sanjose)(with an equity contribution of 74:26)was awarded Project of the Rehabilitation and up-gradation of NH-66(Erstwhile NH-17) from km.241/300 to km281/300[Arawali-Kante section]to 4 Lane with paved shoulder in the State of Maharashtra under NHDP IV on HAM by Ministry of Road Transport and Highways.The said Project was being executed by SPV:MEP Sanjose Arawali Kante Road Pvt Ltd incorporated for the purpose.The Concession Agreement with MORTH was executed on June 28, 2016 and appointed date of the project was declared as November 13, 2017. On our request and as per terms of Concession Agreement, MORTH, Lenders and the SPV have entered into an Endorsement Agmt for a Harmonious Substitution for the Project with the Nominated Company-Arawali Kante Multi Projects Private Limited.
