With reference to the earlier letter dated February 07, 2020 for convening a Board Meeting of the Company on February 15, 2020, Zydus Wellness Ltd has now informed BSE that the said board meeting is cancelled, due to want of quorum. As the board meeting is cancelled as on date, the record date i.e. February 28, 2020, proposed by the Company, which was subject to approval of board of directors, also stands cancelled.Moreover, the trading window restrictions as mentioned in the above referred letter stands withdrawn from the date of this letter.12-02-2020
