 In terms of the provisions of sub-regulation (1) of Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and trading restrictions placed by the Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Reporting of Trading by Insiders ("The Code"), we wish to inform that window for trading in securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st April, 2023 and the same will re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the audited Financial Results for the Quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2023. Accordingly, all Insiders of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
