With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform you that the Company has intimated from time to time to the BSE of all events and information which has impact on the operation and performance of the Company which include all price sensitive information etc. as required to be disclosed under the provisions of Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. Therefore the movement in the Company''s share price is purely due to market condition and apparently market driven on which company neither has control nor has any knowledge of reasons.
