The Standalone and Consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2021. A copy of the results and limited review reports thereon issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company are enclosed herewith. 2. Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday, September 29, 2021. 3. The book closure is fixed from 23rd September, 2021 to 29th September, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and Dividend. Further, the members of Nomination and Remuneration Committee at its meeting held today elected Mr. Rishabh Saraf, Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company as Regular Chairman of the Committee. 4.
