This has a reference to our corporate announcement u/r 30 of SEBI (LODR), 2015 dated 11th May, 2023 regarding intimation of disruption of operations at the Head Office of the Company due to major fire incident on 10th May , 2023 at the building 'Saraf House' , Kolkata in which the head office was situated. In continuation, we enclose herewith the copy of the Company's letter dated 19th May, 2023 (a copy whereof has already been dispatched via speed post to SEBI and BSE Listing Department) to humbly seek extension of time till 30th June , 2023 for submission of audited financial statement/results for the quarter and year ended Ind-AS complied financial statement/results as on 31st March, 2023 on the grounds as mentioned in the attached enclosure. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements} Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions of SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that on 10th May , 2023 around 10.00 am , a major fire occurred at the head office of the Company situated at Saraf House , 4/1, Red Cross Place ,3rd floor , Kolkata -700001 . The fire was controlled but the office building has been barricaded by the Fire Department resulting in operation of the said office being disrupted for a few days till we make alternate arrangements to restore the operation of the office. There are no human injuries or casualties reported. The Company's records and computer systems have been severely damaged due to this major fire incident. There is adequate insurance coverage for this and intimation to Insurance Company has already been made.
