 In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and in terms of Company Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, we wish to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and Connected Persons with effect from January, 1, 2020 (Wednesday) to till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine month ended 31st December, 2019. The Board Meeting is to be scheduled, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for quarter and nine month ended 31st December, 2019.
