Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that, in view of directions/ advisory passed by government authorities to prevent spread and contain COVID-19, the Company has permitted all its employees to work from home for the offices and the operations of Building Construction Sites/ Projects have been temporarily suspended until further notice in this regard. The duration of this shutdown will depend upon directives to be further issued by the respective Government authorities in this regard.
