 Dear Sir/Madam, In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and in terms of Company Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, we wish to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and Connected Persons with effect from October, 1, 2020 (Thursday) to till 48 hours after the declaration of un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2020. The Board Meeting is to be scheduled, inter-alia, to consider and approve the un-Audited Financial Results for quarter ended 30th September, 2020. Accordingly, an intimation regarding the notice of Board Meeting shall be sent separately to the Stock Exchanges. Further, the designated persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
