 Clarification/Confirmation on news item appearing in "freepressjournal.in" We clarify that company has received only bid opening information and the rest of formalities of work order/ LOI issuance and its acceptance/negotiations are still pending which is necessary to disseminate information in Public Domain. We wish to inform that our Company on regular basis used to submit information/ announcement to the stock exchanges as and when required in terms applicable SEBI Regulations. Apart we would like to submit that apart from information on various matters already shares with stock Exchanges from time to time, there is no further information / announcement which are required to be shared with Stock Exchanges.
