Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, considered and approved the Audited financial results for the 4th quarter ended 31st March,2019 and Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2019, in compliance with Regulation 33 SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015.
