With reference to the 28th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company to be held on Tuesday, 13th September, 2022 at 11:30 AM (IST) through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio-Visual Means, the Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, 7th September, 2022 till Tuesday, 13th September, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM and to determine the members eligible to receive Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22. The Members who hold equity shares of the Company as on Tuesday, 6th September, 2022 ('Record Date') shall be entitled for receipt of final dividend for the financial year 2021-22, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing AGM.
