Approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020. 2. To consider any other business with the permission of the Chair. Disclosure of Trading Window: The Company has already intimated to the Exchange on 30th September, 2020 that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, 01st October, 2020 for the consideration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020.
