 This is further to the meeting of the Executive Committee (Right Issue) of Board of Directors of the Company held on 07 June, 2019 approving the offer and issue of fully paid up Equity Shares of the Company by the way of a Right Issue to the eligible shareholders of the Company as on the record date for an amount aggregating up to Rs. 2480.93 Lakhs in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India ( ICDR) Regulations, 2018, as amended and other applicable laws. The Executive Committee, at its meeting held on 07 June, 2019 has approved the following terms for the Rights Issue as under: 1.The Committee appointed ICICI Bank Ltd as a Banker to the Issue and Refund Banker. 2.Issue Size: Aggregating up to Rs. 2480.93 Lakhs 3.Issue Price: Rs. 65 per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs.55 per Equity Share)
