 The 41st Annual General Meeting of the Member of the Company was held on Saturday, 7th September, 2019 at 10.30 A.M and concluded at 11.50 A.M at Alka Hotel, Shastri Circle, Udaipur - 313001 (Rajasthan) which was chaired by Mr. N.G Khaitan, Non-Executive and Non Independent Director. Total 46 members were present in person as per the record of attendance.
