This is to inform that the 44th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company will be held on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. In terms of Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 21, 2022 to September 27, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of holding AGM and payment of dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2022. The Dividend will be paid to the eligible shareholders, on or after September 28, 2022, upon approval of the Dividend by the Shareholders at the AGM.
