 As per the directions of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Special Bench, Mumbai, vide its order dated June 1, 2020, a meeting of the Equity Shareholders ('Members') of 3i Infotech Limited (the 'Company') will be held through video conferencing ('VC') / other audio visual means ('OAVM') on Tuesday, July, 21, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. (IST) ('Meeting') to consider, and if thought fit, to approve, with or without modification, the proposed Scheme of Arrangement between 3i Infotech Limited and its shareholders made under Sections 230-232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. In compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith a copy of the Notice convening the aforesaid Meeting of the Company.
