Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR and further to our prior disclosures dated March 31, 2021 and May 28, 2021, we wish to inform that the Company has completed redemption of the balance outstanding Class B Preference Shares for the one Class B Preference Shareholder to whom payment remained to be done earlier on such terms as agreed between the Preference Shareholders and the Company on November 15, 2021 amounting to Rs.2.50 crores. These Class B Preference Shares could not be redeemed earlier on account of the orders of the Debts Recovery Tribunal dated April 15, 2021 and May 11, 2021.
