On the recommendation of NRC, the Board approved the appointment of Shri Sameer Singh, as an Additional Director (Non-executive Independent) w.e.f. 13.01.2020, to hold office upto the date of ensuing AGM. Shri Sameer Singh has been appointed as an Independent Director (Additional Director) on the Board for 5 years upto 31.03.2024, subject to approval of members. Further, Shri Dilip Cherian, Independent Director whose current term is expiring on 22.01.2020, has conveyed his desire not to offer himself for re-appointment as Independent Director for the second term.
