In reference to Company's letter dated 27 October 2023 with regard to intimation for convening meeting of Board of Directors of the Company and pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting held today has approved the Unaudited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and six months ended 30 September 2023.
