 This is in reference to our earlier letters dating from 24th October, 2019 to 5th November, 2019, regarding admission of petition by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal ('NCLT'), Mumbai Bench, filed by one of the Operational creditors, M/s. Scorpion Express Private Limited ('Scorpion') for initiating Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process against the Company and subsequent appointment of Mr. Indrajit Mukherjee as the Interim Resolution Professional ('IRP') in the matter. We are pleased to inform you that NCLT vide its order dated 3rd December, 2019 has recalled its orders dated 22nd October, 2019 and 25th October, 2019 in respect of admission of petition filed by Scorpion and appointment of the IRP respectively. Mr. Indrajit Mukherjee has been discharged from his role as the IRP vide the aforesaid order. In view of the aforesaid, the management has now been restored back to the Board of Directors of the Company. Request you to take the above on record.

 In continuation of our earlier letter dt.24.10.2019 & 25.10.2019 regarding the admission of petition by the NCLT Mumbai Bench order dt.22.10.2019 filed by one of the Operational creditors Scorpion Express Pvt Ltd (Scorpion) we wish to inform you that Mr. Indrajit Mukherjee having regn. No IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P-01533/2018-2019/12450 has been appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP), It has been informed to the IRP regarding the agreement of settlement entered into between the Company and Scorpion on 25.10.2019 However the IRP was appointed before Scorpion could make an application to NCLT for withdrawal of its application Accordingly further steps are being taken for withdrawal of the application filed before the NCLT The IRP under the performance of his duties and obligations has made Public Announcement in this regard the copy of which is enclosed herewith We shall continue to update any further progress on the matter This intimation is being issued with the approval of IRP
