The Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2020. Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (''Listing Regulations''), enclosed is the said results together with the Auditors Report with unmodified opinion. 2. Recommended Dividend @ 5% i.e. Re. 0.05 per equity share (Face Value of Re. 1/- each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2020, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. 3. Approved the updated Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in line with the amended provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
