 With reference to our earlier letter dated 30th September, 2020 pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 reporting temporary & partial disruption at the manufacturing unit located at Kadi, Dist. Mehsana on account of a group of workers who absented themselves from their regular duties protesting disciplinary action against a few workers, we now write to inform you that the so called disruption / strike has been prohibited by Government of Gujarat by their notification dated 16th October 2020 and we expect the normalcy to return within a few days. The manufacturing operations of the Company were impacted partially but considering the optimum inventory levels, dispatches were continuing as usual.
