This has reference to our earlier announcement made on 22nd May 2020, regarding the arbitration proceedings initiated by Gateway Distriparks Limited ("GDL") against Adani Logistics Limited ("ALL") in relation to the proposed sale of entire shareholding held by GDL in Snowman Logistics Limited ("Snowman") to ALL in terms of the share purchase agreement dated 27 December 2019, as amended ("SPA"). GDL, ALL and Snowman (together, "Parties") have now mutually resolved their disputes. The Parties have signed a Settlement Agreement on 5th July 2020 ("Settlement Agreement") and pursuant thereto, the arbitration invoked by GDL against ALL is withdrawn.
