As per our understanding, compliance under Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is to be done by the Holding entity (in this case Gateway Distriparks Ltd.) 3. Snowman being an associate company files only Standalone financial results and the same is promptly intimated to both National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. 4. In view of the same, compliance under regulation 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is not applicable to Snowman.
