We had earlier intimated about temporary suspension of production at our plant at Saharanpur (UP) in the wake of Covid-19 pandemic. During the recent storm like condition/rain fall, a part of the roof of one of our plants building collapsed. An insurance claim has been lodged and clearing/removal of debris has commenced. Damage to underlying equipments, if any, will be possible to be assessed only after clearing/removal of debris. Any further develpment would be intimated to the Stock Exchanges. Production remain suspended in the interim as previously intimated.09-06-2021

With reference to temporarily suspension of production in the plant due to lower market demand amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, our further reply is as under: 1.Loss/damage due to temporary suspension of production can not be assessed in the current scenario. 2.There is no strike/lock-out in the plant which is situated in Saharanpur (UP). It is only a temporary suspension of production by the company voluntarily due to reason given above.04-06-2021
