 Please be informed that, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for dealing in securities of the Company for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives from Friday, January 1, 2021 till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2020.
