A Corrigendum to the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2020-21 of the Company is hereby issued, in compliance with Regulation 34 of SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, 2015. We further wish to inform you that the revisions have no impact on the Statement of Profit and Loss Account of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2021 and that this corrigendum should be read in conjunction with the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2020-21 of the Company. Except for the specific changes as mentioned in the Corrigendum, there is no other revision in the Annual Report.10-06-2021
