The Company has informed the stock exchanges vide its letters dt. January 18, 2019 and January 25, 2019, inter alia, about the assignment of debt by its Lenders viz. IDBI Bank and Bank of Maharashtra, respectively. We have now been informed by Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Ltd. (ARCIL) of further assignment of debt by another Lender of the Company viz. State Bank of India, constituting 3% of the total debt. With this, the following Lenders have completed assignment of debt to ARCIL, constituting 74% of the total debt of the Company: i. Bank of India; ii. Bank of Maharashtra; iii. ICICI Bank (Rupee Debt); iv. IDBI Bank; v. Indian Overseas Bank; and vi. State Bank of India Kindly take the same on your record and oblige.06-05-2020

In furtherance to our earlier communications dt. March 27, 2020 and April 29, 2020 informing about temporary suspension of operations across all plants of the Company due to COVID-19 outbreak and receipt of permissions from Government Authorities to commence operations at Ahmednagar Plant respectively, we further wish to inform that the Company has received necessary permissions from Government Authorities to commence operations at its Plants situated at Baramati and Jejuri, Maharashtra. The Company has planned to commence operations at the aforesaid Plants including Ahmednagar Plant in a partial and staggered manner. The Company has taken all necessary steps/ measures at its Plants to meet the safety norms as prescribed by the Government Authorities to prevent the spread of COVID-19.06-05-2020

The Company is assessing the feasibility of commencing operations at the earliest at the aforesaid plant though in a partial and staggered manner. The Company is also awaiting necessary permissions from the Government Authorities allowing commencement of operations at Baramati and Jejuri plants. The Company has taken all steps/ measures to meet the safety norms as prescribed by the Government Authorities to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
