 This is in reference to our earlier disclosures dated December 19, 2021, January 19, 2022 and January 21, 2022, inter alia, informing of the issues raised by Jindal Pipes Limited (JPL), in relation to the Proposed Transaction, with multiple authorities'' viz. Civil Court, Pune, Securities Exchange Board of India, High Court, Delhi etc., without any relief. This is to inform that another Writ Petition has been filed by JPL before the High Court, Allahabad against the Company and others, inter alia, raising the similar issues. There are no expected financial implications from the Writ Petition at this stage. This is for your information and records.
