The matter was listed for hearing before the Hon'ble High Court on April 18, 2022 and as conveyed by our legal counsel, JPL, in the said hearing, sought to withdraw the aforesaid Petition and accordingly, the Hon'ble High Court dismissed the Petition as withdrawn.
