NCL Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2022, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of 15% (Rs. 1.50 per Share) in addition to the Interim dividend aggregating to 15% already paid. With this, if approved by the shareholders, the total dividend for the financial year 2021-22 will be 30%. (Previous year 40%).
