 In continuation of our earlier communication dt. 4th July,2018 and 12th October,2018, please note that, we have received a letter dated 3rd March 2020 from Kirloskar Proprietary Limited (KPL) intimating us that as per the directions issued by the Board of Directors of KPL at its meeting held on March 3, 2020, the six Termination Notices issued earlier by KPL on April 2, 2018 were withdrawn with effect from March 3, 2020.It has further stated in the said letter that, KPL would inform the said withdrawal to the Honourable Court in Pune. A copy of KPL's letter dated 3rd March 2020 is annexed hereto and marked as Annexure 'A'. We would keep you posted about the developments in this matter as and when necessary.
