Archies Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Vikas Kumar Tak, has resigned from the post of Company Secretary with effect from May 20, 2015 and subsequently the Company has appointed Mr. Pankaj Kamra as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from May 20, 2015.
