The Outlook on the long-term rating has been revised to Negative from Stable.

 Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that in view of lockdown in many of the States across the Country due to the pandemic of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Company has decided to close down the operations at all its offices and manufacturing locations in India from April 15, 2020 to May 03, 2020 and/or for the further period as announced by the Government of India time to time to take into consideration of the public interest and nation's security from the pandemic of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). The Company has adopted work from home policy as suggested by the Government of India and some major administrative operations will be run according to the notification/circulars/guidelines issued by the Government of India time to time which are necessary at the point of administrative and operational purposes.
