Re-appointed Sri V.Pathasarathy & Sri Sudhindra N Kalghatgi, as independent Directors, for a period of five years, from 14.02.2019, to 13.02.2024, subject to confirmation by the shareholders, at the AGM to be held, later this year. 3. Accepted the resignation of Sri Suresh Shastry, from Chairmanship of the Board of Directors of the Company, with immediate effect & 4. Approved the appointment of Sri V Pathasarathy, as the independent non -executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, effective 14.02.2019.
