With reference to the above, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Designated Persons of the Company w.e.f. 1st April, 2020 till the date of Board Meeting (both days inclusive) proposed to be held for consideration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2020 and the Trading Window will reopen 48 hours after the publication of the aforesaid financial results.31-03-2020
