Bharat Road Network Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended on 31st December, 2019. Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (BRNL Insider Code) framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, 5th February, 2020 to Friday, 14th February, 2020 (both days inclusive), i.e. till completion of 48 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges.
